I believe in being upfront about money. Below you will find my full rates, along with the ways I try to make this work financially, from out-of-network superbills to a limited number of reduced-fee slots.
If cost feels like a barrier, please say so on our first call. There is often a path forward.
Therapy session rates
We decide together how long and how often we meet, based on what you need and what your life allows.
Most people begin with a 90-minute first session, which gives us room to understand your history and build a plan.
From there, some settle into weekly or biweekly sessions, while others prefer fewer, longer intensive sessions. There is no single right way.
Individual EMDR Therapy
Extended intensive
Best for those that need consistency, stability-building, and week-to-week integration.
Designed for accelerated healing, allowing us to dive deeper into processing without the disruption of weekly start-and-stop times. Best for clients wanting to make significant progress in a shorter timeframe, or for those with busy schedules.

KA-EMDR session rates
These sessions are a little longer, since they pair a low, prescribed dose of ketamine with EMDR reprocessing. Once a target has been identified, most run 75 to 90 minutes.
Ketamine Assisted EMDR
One thing to know: The ketamine itself is prescribed by a separate, licensed medical provider specializing in ketamine. I do have trusted providers I can refer. Any medical or prescription costs are billed by that provider and are separate from your session fee with me. We will talk through the full process on your consultation call.

EMDR consultation fees
If you are a clinician seeking EMDR consultation, here is what that investment looks like.
EMDR Consultation
Per hour
Five-session series, $150 per 2-hour session
Flexible pricing is available for both individual and group if cost is a barrier, so please ask.
How groups work: Group members sign up for the full series. You can pay up front or monthly before each session, and you are responsible for sessions you miss.

Out-of-network, explained simply
I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. That means I do not bill insurance directly, but I can give you a superbill, a detailed receipt, that you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan. For extended and intensive sessions, please note that insurers typically reimburse only the first hour.
Choosing to work outside of insurance lets me guide your care by what you actually need, rather than by what a plan will authorize.
Ask your insurer
Before we begin, it helps to call your insurer and ask:
It helps to reference billing code 90837, a 60-minute individual therapy session.
Simple and flexible payment
Payment is made at the time of each session. I accept cash, check, HSA and FSA cards, and all major credit cards.
Reduced-fee slots: Therapy should not be out of reach. For people with genuine financial need, I hold a limited number of reduced-fee slots. If finances are a barrier right now, ask me about this option on our first call.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost. I am glad to provide one. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
Let's start with a free 25-minute conversation.
You can ask me anything, and I'll tell you honestly whether I think I can help. No pressure.
